Training last week:

After taking it on the easier side the week before with 18 miles I was ready to push it.
Monday: x-train day 30 minutes biking and 30 minutes yoga
Tuesday: 4 miles in 40 minutes in am/ 2 miles in 19:02 in p.m./ lifted weights
Wednesday: 7.5 miles in 1:16 in a.m. / spend rest of day shuffling around as weightlifting soreness sets in full force
Thursday: yoga 30 minutes/ lifting weights in on the schedule, I ignore and continue to shuffle around
Friday: Treadmill run, not overly fun but get through 5 miles
Saturday: 4 easy miles through the neighborhood and on my favorite bike path: churn out a surprisingly fast pace finishing in about 37 minutes.
Sunday: Long run day
Carbo loaded with this magical creation.

When your husband comes home with marshmallow fluff for you, you don't question you just spread it on a bagel and pretend it is jelly. At least that is what I decided to do.
Run 10 miles in 1:34. Apparently marshmallow fluff has magical properties.

Total miles this week: 32.5 miles

Plan for this week:
Rest for upcoming turkey trot half on Saturday.
Two easy runs: Tuesday and Thursday (3 to 4 miles each) and Thursday also includes some serious carb loading in the form of stuffing and mashed potatoes. YUM
Yoga/ stretch/ maybe bike but probably sleep in instead.
