Opportunity was a knockin
In a couple of weeks I have to be in the LA area, but only for a few hours........so I thought to myself that is too short to be in such a wonderful place I should stay for the weekend. What to do, what to do? I wonder if there are any half marathons going on that weekend. The answer is yes, yes there are. So I will be doing Palos Verdes on Saturday and Pasadena on Sunday. Half Marathon Double Header Weekend! and then I convinced some friends to come along and have titled the upcoming epic road trip the LA Rocks Road Trip (always good to title things). It is going to be awesome (as long as I remember to pack the compression gear). #16 & #17 here I come. And then it will be break time until September. I just couldn't pass up the chance to run in such beautiful places.
